Frameworks is two separate businesses sharing a building, a team and a set of values. One trains the workforce on health and safety; the other helps people too often left out build a career. Same people, same standards, same reason for getting up in the morning.
Industry needs people who are trained, safe and ready. Communities have plenty of people who need a way in. Frameworks was set up to work both ends of that: deliver proper health & safety training to employers, and use the same expertise to bring new people into work who'd otherwise be overlooked.
We're based at Peel Green House in Eccles, working across Greater Manchester. The two companies share a team and an ethos, but each stands on its own and does its own job well.
